4. International Shipping:

We currently ship to Canada and the United Kingdom. Please note that Customs, Duties, and Taxes related to international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

United States : 5-9 business days

International : 10-13 business days

Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages:

Your Cozy House is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance in such cases.

Returns

If the item doesn’t fit, the color’s not right or if you just don’t like it, return or exchange it! Visit our Returns Center to make a return or exchange. Please note that there is a restocking fee per eligible returned item (exchanges are totally free!). Learn more about eligible items and restocking fees here.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery for an exchange or refund. All returns must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, and the original tags must be attached. Once the tag is removed, you cannot return the dress.

Important: For items that are placed on preorder or made-to-order, our standard 30-day return policy still applies. However, your refund may be issued in the form of a physical check or Venmo depending on when the item was shipped out to you.

All international orders are final sale, and may not be returned or exchanged.
